Covered Bridges of Juniata County

The Pomeroy-Academia Covered Bridge crosses Tuscarora Creek and is the longest remaining covered bridge in Pennsylvania.
The Dimmsville Covered Bridge near Maze, PA is also listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Shaeffer Covered Bridge in Oriental, Pennsylvania is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Lehman Covered Bridge crosses Licking Creek just outside of Port Royal, Pennsylvania.
The Beaver Covered Bridge is still part of the state highway system. On the eastern end of Juniata County, it is nearest to the Village of Oriental.
