Juniata County Right to Know Policy
The County Commissioners have approved a Right to Know Policy, which is posted below for your information. If you need to request public records from Juniata County Departments, the Right to Know Policy indicates the procedures to be followed.
Public records are open to inspection and for duplication during normal office hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Please take note: the Courthouse closes at 12 Noon on Wednesday during the summers months of June, July, August and September.
